Leadership and Performance Coaching

As a follow-up after a one-on-one session or workshop, coaching services are available to help the individual follow through on the changes they desire. Once back at the workplace environmental cues and behaviors of others may trigger the traditional reaction in you. But through coaching we can systematically rewrite the response to those triggers. We will also work on evaluating the systems in the workplace that the individual has the autonomy to change to foster high productivity and completion of company objectives. At NWP we are dedicated to the individual, knowing that company results will come through the success of the individual.

A similar process is used for those wishing to improve their performance in other areas, such as atheletes, artists, writers, actors, etc. We assist the individual in understanding the state of consciousness they are in when they feel the 'flow' or are in the 'zone'. Through coaching we identify emotions and patterns that get in the way of that heighten awareness during peak performance. Then through hypnosis we will work to capture more of that zone of heightened performance.

The Navigating With Purpose Center (NWP) is designed to create a stress-free, yet thought stimulating environment. This facility can easily hold up to 25 people. We are conveniently close to the Fox River Valley, just 25 minutes west of Oshkosh, in beautiful downtown Berlin. At NWP, we provide the perfect space for your productive business meeting.
