About Lori Phillippi

Lori worked for 21 years in business, five in quality control and sixteen in Human Resources. During her tenure in human resources Lori earned her way onto the leadership team for Badger Mining Corporation. She was also a management board member for their Zeolite division in Nevada and their Poland plant. Organizational development, vision planning, strategic planning, and aligning the entire workforce to achieve company objectives are her strengths. Lori has good listening skills and discernment which enables her to see the fears and secondary gains blocking a person. She has assisted several leaders in maximizing their full potential by helping them see their current limitations and how those limitations are affecting the workforce, the company's success and ultimately their personal success.
Serving on the Wisconsin Family Business Forum Board, Fox Valley Workforce Development Board, NISA HR committee, and the AFS HR committee has broadened her knowledge in business. She presented on topics relevant to creating an affective participative work culture, at the American Foundryman's Society national HR convention and the National Industrial Sand Association.
Lori earned a Bachelors of Science degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. She attended the Hypnotherapy Academy of America where she received 400 hours of instruction. Lori is a certified Hypnotherapist by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. Lori is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Today Lori is owner and operator of Navigating With Purpose. A
company designed to provide individual attention to move people
beyond their own limitations so they can maximize their full potential.
She also chairs the membership committee for the Berlin Chamber
of Commerce.
As a wife and mother of four, Lori understands the importance of balance and priorities. She enjoys watching her children in sporting events and school activities, as well as boating, water skiing, downhill skiing, gardening, scrapbooking, traveling and reading. |
